Wow! What a great credit union. My experience with the customer service with Seaport Federal Credit Union has truly been an unparalleled and wonderful experience. I’ll be the first to admit that sometimes I get lost in all the legal speak and other banking and economy jargon, so the application process might be easier for another person. When I was applying to be a member of this credit union, though, the customer service representatives were incredibly kind, understanding, and patient with me, and made sure that I did everything correctly, and answered all my questions, no matter how silly they may have seemed. Toss in pretty clear disclosures, and some speedy problem resolution, and you can see why being a member of the Seaport Federal Credit Union has been such a wonderful experience for me!

Why in the world would anybody bank other than Seaport credit union? Great rates professional, polite customer service! The days of the proverbial corner Neighborhood bank are over, face reality, it’s like banking with family! I’ve already gotten car loans and mortgages from them the rates can’t be beat and the professional, concise, and efficient service is impeccable.
